I have been considering buying an IEM that would be a step up from my older BLON BL03 and QKZ x HBB.
So far I have narrowed down to these 3 -
- Truthear x Crinacle Zero (red)
- Simgot EW200
- 7hz Sonus
I found one more IEM - KZ PR-2 or PR-3
I mostly listen to Rock, metal, jazz, blues and some occasional cinematic soundtracks (like Hans Zimmer). I also want to use the IEM to play games like Apex Legends.
I want it to last for sometime (if possible) unlike my blon - the shells come off every now and then and its annoying.
If there are any other IEMs I should consider please let me know. I just want the best value for money IEM that sounds good
I love my KZ ZSN Pro X dirty buds, honestly! For like $20 usd you get great sound for the price, a shockingly good microphone, sturdy build quality, and a replaceable cable which is a common cable used by other companies. If the cable gets cut or goes bad, keep the drivers and just get a new cable silly - or you can get wireless Bluetooth transceivers which turn them into true wireless ear buds.
Hi thanks for commenting. I actually considered the ZSN pro before I bought my QKZ x HBB. I went with the QKZ as I've never tried Bad Guy Good Audio's tuning before.
I initially bought it for gaming, but found myself using it more than the BLON Actually I liked it better than my BLON BL03. Plus I got the thing for much less than the BLON iem.
That aside, what iem would you recommend for $50 ?
P.S : please also suggest an affordable Bluetooth transceiver. I know KZ has one but I don't know if it's available in my region.
I don't have many personal recommendations on IEMs as most my headphones are over ears. I've heard good about KB Ear's stuff! Even sent Dankpods a painting of him smooching his snake as thanks for a glowing recommendation, which just tells me that they're a cool company.
As for transceiver, it depends on which cable type your IEMs use. My ZSN Pro X buds use C-Pin cables, and most adapters I'm seeing making true wireless buds out of them average about $30-40 USD. Cheaper ones exist but they're the wrap around your neck type of wireless.
