They're from H&M though I don't think they sell these exact ones anymore since they're really old now, but if you're looking for a style name they're Chelsea boots, and I'd say they have a rounded toe, chunky tread, and slightly raised heel :) if you search Chelsea boot you'll find all sorts of options!
