So is lemmy just geriatric millennials reliving their reddit heyday?
The community is called c/antiquememesroadshow, so that's kinda the point there.
I'm talking about it's presence on r/all (or whatever you call that on lemmy).
There was recently a "movement of the month" or however you'd call it where everybody decided to post vintage memes, and I think somebody seized the opportunity to make a space for it and ride the wave.
Last month, it was beans.
We're gonna keep beanposting til they're antique I tell you what 🫘
I hate the beans memes but peoples seems to have fun with it so I upvote them

I mean, in this specific community? Yeah... Just look at the name.
