What's infuriating is before the details were even released, with impeccable timing the bourgeois rags released a flood of reporting patting this clown O'Brien on the back and hyping up this pile of crap. It's all very revealing in how the union bureaucracy, the "leftist" press, and the democratic and "socialist" parties all work together as a well-oiled machine on behalf of the bourgeoisie. I hope the workers vote down the agreement with impunity - if the vote isn't just straight up rigged, of course.
