the position of the tree might hace a lot to do with it. we have one next to a window and thety always sleep on it after watching trough the window a whilem other oke is behind my computer so if they want to be close to me while I'm working they usually use that tree then

Yup this is essential, the tree must be in a spot where they like to be anyways
