We have been eating a lot of ice cream lately when we get our bake on, but that is not ideal. Bonus points for healthy snacks.

Roasted seaweed and plain rice. So satisfying to munch on, I just get a heaping bowl of rice, crack open a snack pack of seaweed and go to town.
