Is this aircraft carrier made out of ceramic? Steel does not crack.
Steel can very much crack.
Though it depends, is more unusual than ceramic cracking, and probably wouldn't make this pattern.
It could if a god-like super hero lands on it and uses his feet to control the thing like a surfboard. Unfortunately we don't have any real world examples to compare.
