Sex education in England’s primary schools is to be limited to those aged nine and over

Paedophiles grooming kids rejoice that their victims can't understand or tell about what is happening to them.

with “explicit” discussions on topics such as contraception to be delayed until the age of 13, according to new guidance to be proposed by the government.

13 is sadly too old for some, especially disenfranchised people, to find out about contraception. This is how you get teen pregnancy.

The world's youngest mother was a 5 year old. She got pregnant at 4. Raped by her dad. Sex ed should begin at 4 at the very latest, younger would be better because not every toddler being raped is capable of getting pregnant and those crimes still need to be prevented.
