Sounds like an improvement to me. Heavy rain already has shit dialogue to the point of it being funny. Having lip sync issues would only enhance the experience imo

I get that you dislike the game, but how exactly does claiming it being broken is better in any way?

I said, "in my opinion". I like heavy rain in a "the room" kind of way. Obviously it sucks the game doesn't function properly for you and that shouldn't be the case.
