What is he saying then? Because it looks like the judge ruled the horrid behaivor of one imdividual was just cultural. That sounds to me that the judge was racist.
They're saying this user posts nothing but rage bait. What does this have to do with American conservative politics?

If this story involving a 12 year old in Spain upsets you, I hope you’re also as upset at how many states in the US have an age of consent for sex as low as 13, no “culture” argument even needed:

All I said was the previous comment’s points contradict each other, and that the US has current laws that are also horrible.

I think that's called western culture which I've been told is very bad.
Romeo and Juliet laws. A 20 year old cant have sex with a 13 yo and get away with it.
You’re correct, the consent age of 13 is with the provision of someone else of the same or older age consenting.
Even still, the full age of consent in some states can range from 14-16. Not much better.
