Agreed. Political violence is wrong, but honestly I don't think Trump should be surprised that people are trying to kill him after his politics killed and endangered so many vulnerable groups in America and other countries. For example, it somehow feels fair that he's afraid for his life the same way that trans people in america feel afraid for their lives after all of the anti-trans rhetoric that the trump administration has been enforcing, idk if you agree tho.
