Despite being a protector of women, he still internalizes indirect misogyny via stereotypes.
Could it be that our hero is not as perfectly upright as we thought?!
He’s definitely not perfectly upright. He’s often sexist or racist, those comics just aren’t as much fun to a modern audience, so they don’t get posted as much
