mbasic.facebook.com no longer defeats their demand one use their messenger app to read DM on mobile. Anyone know a workaround for mobile to get private FB messages with their messenger app? (lemmy.ml)

I don’t use Facebook much but when I do it’s because my gramma is sending me a private message. I refuse to download their other app. Please help?
