I mean, yeah. The background is convincing, but that character design doesn't seem like studio ghibli at all. There's something off abour the water too, but I can't quite place it.
It's the reflection. It's very detailed and the perspective is correct, but it doesn't match the surface at all.
It's the pigtails I think, remove them and the character would look Ghibli imo
It's 'AI' generated for sure. Check her left hand, the necklace and her belt too. You're right too with the water it's probably too still for what appears to be a river, so having ripples like that is weird.
But it will when he comes out of retirement for the 5th time
