I did a tool to find your Masotodon friends in Pixelfed (https://findmyfriends.online). That's far way than the initial goal, but honestly I did it to avoid throwing my work to the trash.

Sadly, not that I know of. Twitter did disable api access for these services even before raising the prices, for some unspecified "abuse".
