Neat, but contrary to the video description this method only works on lead-acid cells, not other types such as lithium-ion cells. Even then, it only works if the reason the lead-acid battery doesn't work is because its electrolyte has evaporated.

There is also no need for the fancy gel he's using; a little bit of deionized water will do the trick just as well.
