Kinda weird he entirely ignored Trump vs. US (2024)?
They didn't.
This may seem like a weird retreat given the obsessive attention I have personally given to Trump’s trials and the investigations of them—and given the degree to which the Supreme Court has immunized presidential action in its recent decision.
My mistake, I read too quickly and misread that section, thanks.
