I want to invest in some crypto, I know that this requieres ID verification usually. Is https://www.kraken.com/ a good website for investing? Because I don't really want to send my ID to some dudes on the internet. Thank you

They are as alright as a centralized exchange can be, getting more and more corporate tho, it’s not the same company it was 5 years ago anymore. But they’re still very close to the community, they aren’t a big fan of KYC themselves but they have to do it. If you want to avoid that better go with decentralized exchanges.

Kraken.com is one of the oldest exchanges, never hacked. I have been their client for over 10 years, moved large amounts of money and never had problems with their KYC process. They even assigned a personal asset manager in one point of time.
