Support e-mail (sh.itjust.works)

Can anyone share a Proton support e-mail?

I've just tried to find an answer on their new support page and I'm baffled by the whole experience! Specially the fact that, after not finding the answer I was looking for, I cannot, for the love of some dog, get to an address I can e-mail with the question

It was the same kafkaeske experience I've had with shitty services with shitty websites where, after looking for your particular situation, you end up choosing 'other' just to get pushed to the begining of this shitty flow

"Faster assistance is just a few clicks away" - what the actual fuck?? wrong path, man

I do agree their web design choice is a bit to much :/. It's also way to bloated and filled with to much marketing words...

I have also been lost a few times after finding out I was on the ProtonVPN page and not the main Proton website.

Give me a strange creepy feeling :/

https://proton.me/support/contact

They don't have a general support email, just open a ticket and one of the support agents will get in contact soon

Also on that page:

If you would prefer to contact us without using this form, you can email us at support@protonmail.zendesk.com.

For me it was displayed in an info box underneath the form that was linked by the above user. It might depend on region or some other factor, but as per the other comment it is best to use the form as the email can have a slow response.

Its way faster through the ticket wich is why I recommended using it.

Ah and also its a AI bot.

Looking at the website, it seems like they have separate support for each service, which one are you looking for help with?

it's a billing question, I contacted them through the support e-mail

Cool, so you found the email? The one they've got listed on the website is support@protonmail.zendesk.com (from https://proton.me/support/contact?topic=Other)
