Hi skincare people,

I normally apply moisturiser to my face daily, but rarely ever moisturise my body which I'm pretty sure I should be doing.

So my question is how often should I be moisturising my full body?

For me, full body is at least after every shower on a damp body. Plus once before bed during dry weather...and I have to moisturize my hands like 4 times a day

Find a friend who gets visibly ashy and start applying cocoa butter moisturizer as often as they do.
