Ukraine's energy infrastructure was under “massive” Russian attack on November 28, Ukrainian authorities said, as explosions were heard in the capital, Kyiv, and missiles were detected headed for Kharkiv, Odesa, and eight other regions.

Blowing up power grids in the middle of winter is terrorism, plain and simple. It’s messed up to leave people freezing just to make them suffer.
