A lot of these are random people who have nothing to do with the conflict and are simply escaping the bombs and bullets from both sides. Civilians should never be trapped in a war zone, no matter who they are.
Don’t forget that that also includes tourists, Palestinians, and nationals from different countries. They have no part in this and don’t deserve to be preyed upon for a quick buck.
