I like to have the same wallpaper for every aspect of the system, maybe there's a script?

Point them to the same file, and overwrite the file each time.

(Unless one of them caches the content somewhere else)

Most parts of Plasma aren't accessible via a terminal, so I doubt there's a script. Ig you just have to apply them one by one (it's like 2 or 3 things you have to set, takes like 1 or 2 minutes if you're slow).

Yes, the problem is when you'd like to change these settings a lot. :-P
