plant-based foods emit fewer greenhouse gases than meat and dairy, regardless of how they are produced.

euphemism for buying meat locally instead of shipping it

I find environmental arguments disingenuous. What do we say when an abusive, violent method of preserving the environment is found?

It's so funny how there are hardly any articles mentioning that private planes and jets are the real problem.

Animal agriculture is worse for the climate than all transportation combined multiple times over. You talk so arrogantly about something you know nothing about. Transport is 2% ish global emissions animal ag is over 12%.

Besides the fact that this is plain wrong, even if we get rid of the rich we would still have to abandon animal agriculture if we don't want our planet to become inhabitable. Cheap whataboutism :/

Go post about this instead on doing whataboutism.

Once again corpos trying to put the blame of climate change on the average person. When it's the rich and the corporations that are the problem. But hey I hope you feel better. :)

What does holding corporations accountable look like if not refusing to give them your money?

I think what people want is for the government to use force against their citizens to prevent them from consuming harmful products. At least I'm pretty sure that's what people like ptsddillinmymind are advocating. Either that, or just the status quo. Don't see a fourth choice.
