From what I recall, 99% of the current users are Mandarin speaking. But the developer speaks English.
It has Chinese devs and the majority of users are Chinese. Hopefully, now people are discovering this service, we'll see more instances in other languages.

It’s multi-language but the early users were from Asian countries so the initial content is mostly in Asian languages. But you can add English translations yourself. Or, if you sync new stuff that wasn’t in the DB before, it’ll sync your language.
neodb.social is the flagship instance of the developers. Eggplant.place is their beta version test environment.
