But not because of the Nazi merch...

Shopify tells Bloomberg and NBC News that it wasn’t removed simply for listing the item, saying in a statement that “This merchant did not engage in authentic commerce practices and violated our terms so we removed them from Shopify.”

Last year, the e-commerce platform removed a clause banning “hateful content” from its acceptable use rules, Bloomberg reports.

Sure took them a while. Pretty telling.

I decided to delete the app. smh.

As a black man who grew up listening to his music as well as including his work as some of my favourite of all time…

He needs to be stopped. This man is mentally ill and ruining his legacy by posting shit like this. All hateful content should be removed but as someone well known as him he deserves special treatment.

Mans obviously alienated anyone around him that cares. Donda passing was the worst thing for him, and he still hasn't gotten the help he desperately needs. There's no one left in his orbit.

What a way to honoer his mother's name than to name his creative company after her and then associate all of this with nazism.

He fried his brain with N2O, There aren't even two properly working neurons in that head

[–] captainlezbian@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

He seems to have serious mental illness, preexisting prejudices, fuck you money, and nobody alive he respects telling him that he needs help and medication and that his naziism is self destructive, evil, and moronic

No, they removed the store because: “This merchant did not engage in authentic commerce practices and violated our terms so we removed them from Shopify.”

Last year, the e-commerce platform removed a clause banning “hateful content” from its acceptable use rules, Bloomberg reports.

They're perfectly fine with hateful content/merch.

so he got shut down for what? not including the composition of the fabric? the country of origin? but not for what was on it?

Thank you for the reports. It's on the line, but e-commerce is tangentially related to tech. Downvote this comment if you don't want to see posts like this in the future.
