"All Dams are temporary" but also modern dams have methods to release the sediment. I am not an expert on dams so which is it? Do modern dams solve this problem or will they still be rendered obsolete by this in time?

MODERATORS
As far as the video said, none of thr solution are perfect. They are all partial.
I bet beavers wouldn't have this problem. We should hire them as consultants.
