It's good in one way .... every time to tell teenagers not to do something .. they'll figure out a way to do it.
This isn't too say that people react to stuff just out of spite .... when people are free to be as they please there is no problem. It's when you tell them to live life a certain way and only that way, some people, not everyone will fight back.
