At which frequency nodebb.com are updating our nodebb forums instance ?

We have to ask every time and they will do it for us ?

You can email support@nodebb.org to get your forum upgraded.

Tks Barris. Yep they told me they don't upgrade forum unless it's a security update. Else, you're right, people can email them for their forum to be upgraded
