It's a low-effort meme. The point is the joke. What difference does it make whether or not the image was made by AI?
First: This joke has been made multiple times with much funnier existing pictures.
Second: You could have easily used a DOOM poster or the like for a very similar experience.
And last but not least: AI slop is environmentally poisonous, bad-kind-of-weird, ugly shit and should not be used, if possible, which in this case it is.
