Anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism. Existence is resistance for Palestinians.

Please refer to Israel as Occupied Palestine, or occupied territories. The IDF is a fascist and ethnonationalist occupying force. Israelis are settlers. We understand however that the imperial narrative (which tries to legitimise Israel) is internalised in the imperial core and slip-ups are naturally expected.

We always take the sides of Palestine and Palestinians and are unapologetic about it. Israel is an occupying power whose "defence force"'s (note the contradiction) sole purpose for existing is to push Palestinians out so they can resettle their rightful land. If you have anything positive to say about Israel we do not care.

I haven't been able to find many public opinion polls in Palestine & so I've kept an eye on these for a while. The questions are pretty comprehensive. Imo the highlights:

81% want Mahmoud Abbas to resign (this is pretty much unchanged).
77% oppose the disarmament of Hamas in order to stop the war (85% oppose in the West Bank, compared to 64% in the Gaza Strip).
46% support forming a national unity government, 34% support immediate reconciliation and unification of the West Bank and Gaza, and 16% support the PA to lead a humanitarian effort to Gaza.
Hamas is still the most popular faction in Palestine, although their popularity has declined (mainly in the West Bank). 57% support Hamas compared to 24% for Fatah, & 23% Fatah.
Yemen is by far the most supported regional actor, with 74% satisfied with their support.
Armed struggle still remains the most popular solution to the conflict, with 41% supporting it, compared to 33% for negotiation & 20% supporting peaceful popular resistance.

There's a lot more than just these, I just figured I'd post a few that caught my eye. There are historical comparisons in this poll as well (3 polls were conducted last year).

One thing I find interesting is the difference between opinions in the West Bank vs. the Gaza Strip. There is a noticeable difference in their opinions on most issues, which makes sense considering their conditions are very different.

I'm also curious what other people think.

PCPSR is dubious at best. They are western funded and have had their methodology called into question many times.

When asked if Hamas had committed the atrocities seen in the videos shown by international media displaying acts or atrocities committed by Hamas members against Israeli civilians, such as killing women and children in their homes. The overwhelming majority (87%) said it did not commit such atrocities, and only 9% said it did.

This wording is so biased and the results are doing exactly the opposite of what they want.

I feel like admitting that the protestors have some legitimate points is being construed as "support" for anti-hamas protests.

There are too many incongruities between overlapping question that lead me to think the results were manipulated by translation and leading questions. I feel like the head office made biased questions to try to paint a picture but they didn't do a good enough job so they just made unintelligible slop and are just trying to highlight the anti-hamas points because they think its a win.

Yeah I agree with that, but I also haven't found any others at the same time & it does give a peak. Have you found alternatives?

The nature of the blockade is such that nothing gets in or out unless it helps the occupiers. When it comes to general population sentiment any peek we do get is going to be through a hole that the zionists have intentionally left open for us. So any institutionalized information is going to be swamped by misinformation and its impossible to know how much bias correction is sufficient and how much is cope.

I can understand the desire to want to know "what the people really think" but what they think will not change the course of the war. The only affects the release of this information (tainted as it surely must be) is to undermine support for the resistance.

Regardless of how the people feel moment to moment the resistance should not and will not surrender. Regardless of how they feel moment to moment, when the war ends their opinions will have realigned based on the results of the war.

Palestine will be free and I understand the fear and suffering that might make Palestinians doubt that but I do not need to know how many have those doubts.

(I don't mean to sound like I am scolding you. It just came out that way. I just have to go all steely when I talk about the situation or I will probably start crying.)
