@pmonks@sfba.social It definitely did that trip, although mainly for the desert dust... Most people don't realize that this is the main function of most vehicle snorkels.

edit: at least we can choose between square and rectangular ones, they're just a bit boring

@real_squids@sopuli.xyz Where are you located? I've had a square UK plate on my old Land Rover, and rectangular "EU" style aftermarket plates can be a trendy addition to some cars here.

I usually opt for these Yosemite National Park plates myself.

Eastern europe, we got eu style plates. I used to see some unicode (i guess) characters on custom plates but that's about it in terms of customization
