Two decades ago they were hiring only the best minds graduating from top engineering colleges. Now, they are hiring even those who couldn't enter engineering colleges.

Two decades ago, they actually needed good programmers. Now, they are fine running sweat shops bulk producing buggy programs mindlessly written on top of earlier code.

Seriously, 1 GB RAM used to be huge memory when FHD was introduced. Today, we are being convinced that a 16 GB RAM PC will not be able to browse the internet in coming times, while most of the media is still not above FHD.
