Old style cleaning products like bicarb of soda and white vinegar clean as well as expensive sprays. Get an old spray bottle and fill with around 5 parts water to one part white vinegar, and BAM. Cheap as chips cleaning spray.

This is a bit specific to my flavor of ADHD but might help others too. Start the thing now. Don’t wait, don’t make an excuse, just start working as soon as possible. If you don’t finish it before something else comes up that’s fine, but if you put it off you’ll probably forget and never start.

Yeah, task initiation is the problem tho

Make physical to do lists that you take with you when doing the thing so you don't forget what you went into the other room for.
