You can’t do shit when half of congress has heels dug in against you and the other half is handicapped by somebody in your own party only agreeing 25% of the time.
which is why shit will never ever change, they will always point at someone else as to why nothing can't actually change while simultaneously promising that if they get elected thing will actually change this time guys!
