look I reviewed you post history. I believe you are honest in asking this question.

I assume you post is in good faith, but it's not clear what you mean or how you want your question to be answered.

What exactly do you mean?

We convert chemical energy to heat and kinetic energy through metabolism by eating, every day.

Solar energy is harvested whenever the sun is out.

Plants use that energy to create energy dense sugars.

What's exactly are you asking?

Okay ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š...... By energy, l was referring to the electricity that we use for our daily needs ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…

So yeah. Solar panels. Easy peasy. Basically a solved problem on the generation side. Storage is coming along.

Yes, they are collectivly refered to as "power plants" and come in many different types.

We need a power plant for our domestic consumption ?๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Other than solar panel not really in an efficient manner afaik

Can we make our own solar panel and store the excess power produced ?

No idea tbh. I am sure its possible but it might be pricey and time consuming

??? Do you mean like burning them or the gases they produce during decomposition?

Even then you would still need a turbine

[โ€“] TropicalDingdong@lemmy.world 1 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Neither?

Plants are constantly (when the sun is up) harvesting and storing energy, so long as their various needs are met.

You realize that not all things are squarely focused on the principles of human consumption, yes?

[โ€“] sharkfucker420@lemmy.ml 1 points 2 days ago

Yeah but OP was asking about human consumption no?
