e: just finished watching it. great movie, I'd read some Clive Barker as a kid but for some reason hadn't seen this film.
True story: I've been having problems with my desk chair, and right after the movie was over I turned it over to try to fix with it. I'd added a nut-and-bolt but I was trying to replace it with a better one, and the MFer just wasn't fitting, even though I was straining and trying to get it to line up. Then suddenly it CLICKed and the bolt went in! But just then this reddish/brownish fluid dropped out of nowhere! And I was like OH SHIT ITS THE CENOBITES!!! But nah, it was just some lubricant I'd added a little while ago.
