Youjo senki has more isekai quartet seasons than actual seasons. I say isekai quartet is now the main Youjo senki series

Is he evil too? I hadn't seen it yet but was under the impression he's a normal dude who keeps getting lucky and claims he planned everything.

I’d lean more towards amoral, but it certainly doesn’t help that they were reincarnated into a war setting. I’d probably lean lawful neutral to put it in d&d alignment
