Where does this money come from?

(question from a Man City fan. I know, ironic.)

Last year City did about £715m, and Barca €763 million so yeah it looks problematic but then for the season just gone that will be reported soon they predicting a jump to €950 million, with a further jump to a billion for next year. If those numbers stick, I would guess that's how if they spending all of that increase on a couple of new signings.

What I do not get is how City are funding their massive spending when you include the significant player wages offered to their new players. Really seems like that they are laughing at the FA and the charges the FA brought against City.

Happiness on my sad, but obviously we don't have the same perspective!

He was holding out for Barcelona, but there he will just be backup to Raphinha, at Arsenal, he could've been a legend.

Not sure, they are probably going to try having Raphinha more central as he played a bit earlier in 24/25. Lewandowski isn't getting younger.

He also said he preferred to stay in Spain, and based on the chemistry with the other Spanish players during the Euro, it makes sense that he gave Barça the priority.

Seems they're now looking at Gyökeres, which means that Williams is really heading there just to warm bench.

He will likely end up in the Prem, but the fact that Barcelona are sniffing around should be a cause for worry for Williams

Isn't Williams a winger, and Gyokeres a striker?

Yes, but Raphinha plays left wing and has just had the best season of any left winger in the world. Gyökeres will mean that Raphinha has to play left wing for minutes and we all know Yamal will start on the right.
