How do i update Octoprint via terminal? (sh.itjust.works)

I've followed This documentation by the creator of octoprint, but when i restart the server still says it's on 1.11.2

Update: So apparently 1.11.2 might be just whats availible for my octopi? But on that page i linked its showing a version up to 1.32 so what gives?
