Hello everyone! I hope that this isn't too silly of a question, I'm completely new to NodeBB and just started running it over the past few days... I'm currently depending on a plugin, nodebb-plugin-registration-question, to provide a simple "age gate" to the site (you have to agree that you're 13 years of age or above to complete registration). It works perfectly well, my question was more regarding the plugin itself; is it well maintained and does it tend to keep up with recently released NodeBB versions?

Apologies, I just found the option to add a forum terms of service after some searching 😁 I hadn't realized it was there, as it accepts MarkDown as well, it's perfect for doing age confirmation. Now I can use the registration question plugin for blocking bots instead! 👍

I think if you run into issues with it we can usually update it as needed.

That's excellent news, thanks. An age gate is the only feature that I found "missing" from NodeBB, the plugin works great but I was worried that it might not be maintained. It sounds like this is not an issue, so that's great 😃

Perhaps age gates/COPPA compliance could be considered as a feature for NodeBB directly in a future version, so that a plugin would not be necessary?
