Stop Killing Games:

The consumer movement to stop game publishers from intentionally destroying older games with kill switches.

The goal is to reach 1 million signatures in the EU so that the european parliament will respond to the initiative that then leads to regulation that requires end-of-life plans for games to stay playable.

This would be more impactful if I had any confidence in UK politicians achieving anything meaningful......or even understanding this issue. Petitions never change anything here. I've still signed it though.

Please save us all EU. You're our only hope.

I personally doubt the EU parliament will be much better but this does seem to have enough people caring now that if it was directed at specific games/companies it might actually convince them to change things. Right now there's only UK and EU people doing anything and it's mostly just signing a petition. Imagine if everyone could get involved in something directed at a company actively killing games.
