Yeah this is true for probably most commission and metric based companies. I use to work for a large cable company and the last week of the month was always a free for all to get those metrics up at the last minute.
Late fees, not anymore. Charged for something extra? No sir. Prorated chargees? Haha not for those five stars, baby.
