They don't think that commandment applies since it's "Thou shall not commit murder". They consider the killing of palestinians as justified killing like you would have in war or capital punishment. Murder is considered to be unjustified killing.

That's weird. That's also how you radicalize people against you, which Hamas will then use to recruit more soldiers.
