Call the DMV enforcement office, or your city's parking enforcement agency if it has one. I bet they would love this "donation" to their budget.

Perfect spot too. So you can get to the middle of the lane and take your time climbing up that hill on your smallest gear.
It's all just one hammer away to stop
Spark plugs (ceramic) are easier to smash glass with.
You probably already have a U lock on you. Had a buddy ride around with his always in his left hand, would make turn signals holding it out like a dare to get too close to him.
Your comment reminded me of this meme.
It's kind of sad, that this video is 14 years old and still as relevant as it was on day one (Bike lanes by Casey Neistat): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzE-IMaegzQ
damn that's a lot of cars that'll be real hard for me to avoid scraping as I struggle up the hill. too bad there wasn't a dedicated space for cyclists to slowly climb it
perfect place to protest
A law is only meaningful if its enforced
As a cycling Kansas City resident, yup checks out.
Not defending them (especially since there's a painted divider), but the bike lane should be clearer. I like the ones with the bike symbol painted on the road to make it perfectly clear to idiots like these...
