YouTube is unwatchable if you don't block ads. There's so freaking many it's insane.

TV used to at least have commercial breaks built into the storyline so that the break wasn't so jarring. Watching YouTube with ads just makes for an awful experience all around.

I don't know when this became a thing, it definitely wasn't a thing at some point, but you can now install ublock on Firefox on Android and watch YT on there
