As i understand it, you need a platinum mold and a ready supply of silicone.

Well, unless there's a school or apprenticeship available, you probably want to start on the amateur path. Embrace your own desires first and try to become open to eventually sharing your output with others. Mindful observation and creative practice should help build up some skills. Eventually you should find out what a fulfilling personal truly bespoke fuck is for you.
Eventually you may start spontaneously giving fucks without attachment or expectations. This will bring new experiences and contacts but also new personal insights. That is often an exciting and satisfying aspect of almost any hobby.
If you do find a way to make money, then you'll be essentially a professional fucksmith. But being an amateur is a popular and rewarding thing in itself.
