The water was tested in a laboratory based in Bad Elster (German town whose name means Magpie Spa). Elster (LSTR) is also the biomechanical protagonist of Signalis. The latter image shows her with facial skin torn off, which is not good.
That's a character from the game Signalis, called Elster. The laboratory that tested the sample for the water is located in the city of Bad Elster.
