Nah Lemmy has got bots too. I'm sure there's instances without. But any general instance with any communities around news or politics will have bots.

There's a difference between news posting bots, fun bots for running gags, etc on one side and bots posing as legitimate users on the other side.

Sometimes it’s me arguing with bots. It’s probably also sometimes other people not arguing with me because they think I’m a bot.
