Depends upon the effect it has on one or many. If it's making one or many feel bad or do harmful things then yes. If not then, it's probably fine.

Yes, exactly. Not all mental health issues or mental differences are always bad, only when they start causing harm should they be looked at and the person/people experiencing bad things should be worked with, not forced into it and harmed more.
There is a lot of nonconsensual treatment and abuse when it comes to mental health and mental differences which just makes things worse.
